I Have No Topic

I’m coming off of five days away from my day job in a row, which can happen when you work part-time, and also why I try to never complain about the weirdness of an ever changing schedule. Sometimes it works entirely in your favour. But not only did I have five days off in a row, I only left the house ummmm…..once? I can’t even remember. What even does the outside world look like? But let me tell you my secret….

The secret to staying home and working like a fiend, is to not wash your hair. And also, to let your roommate, partner, whomever, in my case husband, do all the shopping, the picking up of take-out, and the errands. You see, I could not run a single errand, because my hair was a greasy mess. I also couldn’t do any of the cooking for 5 days but that’s another story. We actually decided to spend 5 days eating whatever it was that we’d put in the freezer before the holidays and to only get minimal other stuff.

So because of all the work I got done, this means I have no topic for today, other than to tell you, once in a while I hope you can just blow off the world and eat ice cream from DQ and hide out and give everything you’ve got to your creative life.

Because man it feels good. Even if the stars don’t align in a similar way until 2023, I had a good run this past week.
